Hey, so first day over here and in my room watching Gavin and Stacy on DVD, no English tv for 3 weeks!!! Met some lovely people who all have positive stories to tell.
Dr webber is lovely, greets you with a kiss on the cheek and likes to hold your hand, I want to bring him home with me.
Today I have had ozon drips, thymus injections, detox foot bath, massage (amazing, by a big German man) magnetic field therapy, bio mat, oxygen therapy, b-vitamins and liver hotpack, mostly very relaxing.
Will update tomorrow as I have my first hyperthermia treatment, which is the main one to kill it!!! So think of me at 4.40pm when I have it whilst lying on a water bed for 1 hour!
Hello everyone, ,
A big big thank you for all your donations so far, we have raised enough money (along with Stuart selling his car) for my first round of treatment, I go tomorrow and start treatment on Monday! I will have to return to Germany multiple times in the coming months so all those organising events the money will either go towards future visits to Germany or I will put it into The Leigh Naylor Fund, when I am better I will be setting it up as a registered charity to help others in my position. I will keep you all up to date with what’s going on.
Ripon woman’s race against time
5:12pm 2nd April 2014
(Updated 5:12pm 2nd April 2014)
A woman from Ripon says she is determined to fight off cervical cancer, despite being told that it is inoperable.
32-year-old Leigh Naylor was given the all-clear in 2010, but she recently found out that the disease had returned.
Leigh has been researching other forms of treatment and discovered that a clinic in Germany could possibly shrink or cure the cancer.
She now needs to raise tens of thousands of pounds to fund her potentially life-saving trip.
Leigh has spoken to Stray FM:

Firstly thank you so much for all your support, it really does mean a lot, I wish I could thank each and everyone of you personally, but I don’t know who a lot of the donations are from, which is lovely that strangers are willing to help me.
I will be posting on here later some information about the treatments I will be getting in Germany along with all the events that are going on, we have a number of things planned in Devon, Yorkshire and even Liverpool.
We have raised £7,500 so far (some people have been donating straight to our account) and this is before any of the events have happened yet. Stuart has also managed to sell his car, so that’s another £2,500 going to the total.
I have some t-shirts and will order some more, I am ordering some collection tins and also raffle tickets, do let me know if you need anything else.
Thank you for all your help.
